Congratulations on your purchase of the HiROQUEST Collector's Edition! We truly appreciate your support and hope you're enjoying the immersive experience.

 

Every collector’s edition box comes with a t-shirt Redemption Card. To redeem your complimentary collector's edition t-shirt, please fill out the Google Form linked below and mail in your physical card.

To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following details:
 

• Kolex username

• Email used to create your Kolex account

• Best shipping address

• Shirt Size

• Mail in the redemption card

 

If you prefer not to redeem your t-shirt, you can send in your Redemption Card to any major grading company to get it encapsulated.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The final date to claim your shirt is July 31st, 2024. If you do not wish to send in your card to claim your t-shirt, please refrain from filling out this form or sending in your redemption card. Redemption of the t-shirt is entirely optional. 

 

Additionally, if you haven't already, don't forget to redeem the digital versions of each of your cards through the Kolex app. You will need to do this to verify your card before you can claim your T-shirt. You can find the app on both the Apple Store and Google Play.
